Hello everyone, first of all....
Friday is my favourite day of the working week because I am sooo excited about having a sleep in on a Saturday and I don't have to listen to the worst sound in the world (my alarm)! This picture is too cute (I found it on Google). So has anybody got any exciting plans for the weekend? I'm wishing I was at London Fashion Week right now. Lots of successful bloggers keep tweeting about it and posting photos and it's making me a little jel (in a nice way)!
So this morning, as usual, I was in a huge rush getting ready for work but I wanted to snap a couple of photos of "what I wore for work" ... the pictures are rushed and I don't know if anyone else feels the same but I'm really not a fan of the picture quality of my iphone....I think my Blackberry Bold which I dropped in my cup of tea (RIP) was much better but hey ho. Anyhows...I really like my work clothes as I tend to dress in prettier things than I would usually. During the day I'd usually wear skinny jeans and a top. As much as I like nice work clothes, I don't tend to spend a fortune because I like to save my money to spend on 'going-out' clothes but I think you can dress really nice for work by buying items in the sale and lower price shops and more often than not nobody can tell the difference! I got a couple of dresses and a bag from Primark and was asked so many times where I bought them and people were shocked because they thought the look/quality was so good, but in my opinion if I like something, it doesn't matter where it's from.
Mid action shot, but I really like the shape of the dress.
Polka dot dress, with belt included - Primark £13
Bag - also from Primark ( i love the padlock and the chains on the handles) £12
Aww Millie always gives me the look and makes me feel sooo guilty about going to work!
I hope you all have a lovely weekend!
