Neon.

I've wanted the H&M necklace which has been making many appearances on the fashion blogosphere for ages, however, to my dismay it was sold out everywhere! Many thanks to my mum for searching high and low for it! To my delight I managed to bag one on ebay last Sunday! I missed out on about 7...all which went for £30-£40, but with a stroke of luck I got the last one for £25! It's still more than the shop price (£9.99) but I was really happy to get it and I can't wait to wear it! Despite the price, the quality is great and it looked expensive when I tried it on. I ♡ it sooo much. I also bought some cute neon pink earrings, also from H&M. I've seen similar earrings this season, particularly by Prada so I feel like I really did get a bargain at £5.99. H&M should give themselves a pat on the back!

I love this Tracey Emin creation, "You forgot to kiss my soul"

Too cool.

John Lennon and Mick Jagger. I would have loved to have been at this party.

Hope you all had a lovely weekend. ♡ Sophie xxx

Happy and Glorious

Hello all, it's been a while since my last confession post so here goes. For anyone not from the UK who reads this you may have already heard on the news but we've just had a very special weekend with the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the Olympic torch was at the beach near where I live so everyone was in a very patriotic mood. There were lots of street parties and Cliff Richard was doing a lot of disturbing thrusting and gyrating at the Jubilee concert. Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney pulled off legendary performances and Madness sung on the roof of Buckingham Palace. If you haven't seen it already, you should check it out.

I went to a comedy club, which really was a barrel of laughs. There were over twenty of us in our group and the comedian picked on us sooo much, but I got away lightly and it was good fun! Afterwards, we saw a great live band and danced the night away. I wish I'd taken more photos but I'd just got my iphone that day and it was playing up a little. It's working great now though so I thought I'd include a few random pics from it. If anyone can recommend any good apps, let me know :)

Queen Elizabeth at her Coronation. A beautiful lady and an enormous amount of responsibility to be given at 26 years old. I've come over all patriotic. God save the Queen!

 Top: Topshop
Skirt: Miss Selfridge
Shoes: Kurt Geiger

Can't really see the detail of the top so thought I'd put include a close up. The sequins and colours are so pretty.

First pair of Converse. I don't know which I prefer, the pumps of high tops?

Patriotic cup of tea.

Sunbathing with my new favourite magazine and a cup of tea. Perfect!

I love love love the colour of this nail varnish! It was a bargain £1.99 from Miss Sporty. It's quite thick so I put it in the fridge for 15 minutes before I use it which helps to thin it out.

View from my room. Pink sky at night.

Bling.

My brother got to hold the Olympic torch. Go Joseph!

Much love, ♡♡♡ Sophie xxx
